Refund Policy

We strive to bring you the best deals in town. We work hard to achieve this and make sure we furnish the deal details as clearly as we possibly can, so you know what you are paying for and how to redeem your vouchers. We trust that you are finding time to read the deal fine print (the deal conditions), highlights and merchant details prior to committing to any bargain. We ensure there is enough detail (but not too much so we don’t bore you!) to make you consider your options, redemption conditions and terms so you know what you are committing to; in other words you should be having all the info you need to help make a calculated purchase; please choose wisely. If for some reason you find the deal unsuitable or you may have made a mistake purchasing it, vouchers make great gifts, pay it forward and karma will find a way to pay you back!

We are not responsible for the quality of the service/product provided, however if you have been let down by any of our merchants, get in touch with us and if your reasons are valid we will try to resolve the situation to your satisfaction as best as we can.

Please note that refunds related directly to us will be handled internally by/from Qgrabs and not by the local business. We are a small (and awesome) business, so keep us in mind and please think before you buy. If however your reasons are linked to a dispute with the vendor direct, we shall assist in forwarding your concerns to the business for their review and administration as per their refund policies & procedures.


Products purchased on

All product purchases made on are final and there are No Refunds. The purchaser is responsible for:

- choices made regarding color, size, or items purchased;

- reading all information about the deal and what the price includes;

- not allowing children or other unauthorized family members or friends to access your account at the payment site to ensure that no one pays for a purchase without your permission.

Exceptions to the No Refund policy are made for the following reasons

- Product was damaged en-route to your door;

- Product did not arrive (lost by carrier);

- Defective Products will be fully refunded upon the customer returning the product to within 7 days of receiving the item provided the item is returned unused and in original packaging and receipt.


By making a product purchase on, you acknowledge you have read and agree to the Products “No Refund” Policy. Product Warranty: Unless mentioned in the fine print, products are NOT covered under warranty.
