Delivery Terms & Conditions

Delivery service within Doha city limits only; any territory beyond the city limits will fall outside the delivery parameter

FREE Delivery on orders over QR199.99 under the following terms:

1. Delivery requires a minimum of 7 business days to ship your order.
2. FREE delivery only applies to Doha & Al-Wakra city limits (areas outside these zones are not eligible for FREE delivery)
3. Zone 2 Deliveries require an additional QR30 fee on top of the already paid delivery charges, to be paid in cash upon delivery
4. We currently do not offer any Delivery to Zone 3
5. All items purchased under the same order with products which require 2 weeks to become available, will be dispatched together in 1 order
6. If one of the products you are purchasing is eligible for FREE delivery, all products in that same order will be delivered for free
7. Delivery to Al-Wakra may take up to 5 additional days
