Swimming Classes for Adults & Kids - EIGHT Sessions

• Swimming is said to be one of the best exercises since it uses every major muscle in the body; it is a low-impact activity that increases flexibility while also improving balance and posture!
• Classes are open to all levels – Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced
• Duration of Each Class: 45mins
• Kids: 4yrs – 13yrs
• Ladies & Men: 14yrs & above

NOTE: The swimming pool is heated/temperature-controlled and covered

• Last date of registration is 12 Mar 2022
• Class Timings: Sun - Thu: 3pm – 11pm / Fri & Sat: 8:30am - 11pm
• ONLY fully vaccinated people will be allowed inside the premises; people below 12yrs of age do not require a vaccine
