- Bookings must be made at least 10 days in advance from the actual travel date
- Book FIRST with Alhind & Middle East Travels LLC before purchasing flights to ensure date availability

- All rooms are on a TWIN SHARING BASIS; you will be sharing your accommodation with your travel companion
- All hotels & land services are subject to availability at the time of booking

- In case of any special events, trade fairs & local events taking place at the destination during your stay, surcharges will apply
- Some hotels may require people to pay a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in
- Tour activities are tentative & are subject to change based on local conditions like weather, traffic & government rules
- If the voucher is not redeemed within the voucher validity period, the voucher will be forfeited & no refund will be issued

- If you are unable to secure your preferred dates within 14 days of purchase, we’ll refund you in full, excluding a 5% deduction for transaction charges; evidence of attempted booking must be emailed to Qgrabs.com within this 14-day period
- After 14 days of purchase, if your booking is not confirmed, 70% of the total purchase will be refunded in the form of STORE CREDIT only
Once your booking is confirmed:
- Cancellations are NOT permitted
- The voucher will be considered USED
- Traveler’s names CANNOT be changed
- If the voucher is not redeemed, the voucher will be forfeited and no refund will be issued
