• Valid from 15 Dec 2023 – 15 Jun 2024
• Valid for 5 Days & 4 Nights in Türkiye with Accommodation, Meals & Sightseeing Tour for ONE Person
• Valid for ages 15 to 65yrs
• ONE voucher per person; minimum of TWO vouchers per purchase
• Multiple vouchers may also be purchased for other travel companions or as gifts
• Book early to secure your travel dates (subject to availability)
• Bookings must be made at least 10 days in advance from the actual travel date
• Book FIRST with Alhind & Middle East Travels LLC before purchasing flights to ensure date availability
• For bookings, email your Qgrabs voucher to [email protected] or [email protected] with your name (as per your passport), contact number, and your preferred travel dates
• All rooms are on a TWIN SHARING BASIS; you will be sharing your accommodation with your travel companion
• All hotels & land services are subject to availability at the time of booking
• In cases of room/hotel non-availability, other similar hotel options will be arranged
• In case of any special events, trade fairs & local events taking place at the destination during your stay, surcharges will apply
• Some hotels may require people to pay a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in
• Tour activities are tentative & are subject to change based on local conditions like weather, traffic & government rules
• If the voucher is not redeemed within the voucher validity period, the voucher will be forfeited & no refund will be issued

QGRABS Booking Guarantee:

• If you are unable to secure your preferred dates within 14 days of purchase, we’ll refund you in full, excluding a 5% deduction for transaction charges; evidence of attempted booking must be emailed to Qgrabs.com within this 14-day period
• After 14 days of purchase, if your booking is not confirmed, 70% of the total purchase will be refunded in the form of STORE CREDIT only

Once your booking is confirmed:

• Cancellations are NOT permitted
• The voucher will be considered USED
• Traveler’s names CANNOT be changed
• If the voucher is not redeemed, the voucher will be forfeited and no refund will be issued

This Voucher Does NOT Include:

• Flights & Airport Tax
• Additional accommodation before & at the end of the tour
• Government-imposed increase in taxes and/or park fees
• Personal expenses (souvenirs, visa fees, etc.)
• Bar Bills, Mineral Water, Miscellaneous expenses (Laundry, Telephone Calls, Faxes, etc.)
• Meals during the tour if not mentioned
• Shore excursions, Water sports activities & other beach activities
• Excursions Other Than Those Mentioned in the Itinerary
• Services Other Than Those Specified
