• Valid ONLY for adult travelers ages 30 & above

• Valid ONLY for couples who are married or have been living together for a minimum of TWO years with a combined annual income of  US$50,000
• The couple MUST travel together; individuals traveling without their partner will not be accepted on this promotion
• Both guests must be fluent in English

• NOT valid for group travel; a group is defined as two families or more traveling together

• Bookings are subject to availability (it is recommended to book early to secure your dates)
• Bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance of the actual travel date
• Book FIRST before purchasing flights to ensure date availability
• Guests will be asked to send a copy of their flight details within 30 days of receiving their booking confirmation for this stay.
• Failure to do so within the 30 day period will result in the cancellation of the booking.

• All check-in dates go strictly from Saturday to Saturday
• Guests who wish to change their dates after the booking is confirmed will be charged accordingly.

• This offer has no cash value & cannot be resold

• This offer is NOT valid for anyone employed or associated with the vacation ownership industry either past or present
• Guests must participate in a 90-minute preview of the resort’s Travel & Lifestyle Program; participation is MANDATORY. Failure to attend this will result in Penalties being applied at the Resort
• If the voucher is not redeemed within the voucher validity period, the voucher will be forfeited & no refund will be issued
• This voucher does not constitute a confirmed reservation in any way

• If you are unable to secure your preferred dates within 14 days of purchase, we’ll refund you in full, excluding a 5% deduction for transaction charges; evidence of attempted booking must be emailed to Qgrabs.com within this 14-day period
• After 14 days of purchase, if your booking is not confirmed, 70% of the total purchase will be refunded in the form of STORE CREDIT only

Once your booking is confirmed:

• Cancellations are NOT permitted
• The voucher will be considered USED
• Traveler’s names CANNOT be changed

This Voucher Does NOT Include:

• Flights and airport tax
• Vietnam tourist visa charges and coordination
• Tips and gratitude
• Mineral water
• Miscellaneous expenses (laundry, telephone calls, faxes, etc.)
• Personal travel insurance (medical, natural disasters, and trip cancellation expenses, along with baggage/equipment lost, stolen, or damaged)
• Services other than those specified
• Other expenses of personal nature
