• The couple MUST travel together & MUST be fluent in English; individuals traveling without their partner will not be accepted on this promotion
• NOT valid for students or unemployed persons
• NOT valid for solo travelers
• NOT valid for group travel; a group is defined as two families or more traveling together
• NOT valid for existing Karma Royal Members
• A valid International credit card is required upon check-in; debit cards, diners, prepaid cards, travel cards, secure credit, etc. are NOT allowed

• Bookings are subject to availability (it is recommended to book early to secure your dates)
• Bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance of the actual travel date
• Book FIRST with Jeff’s Vacation before purchasing flights to ensure date availability
• Once the booking is confirmed, the guest must book a flight within 30 days and send a copy of the flight details to the merchant; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the booking confirmation & the voucher will be considered used

• If the voucher is not redeemed within the voucher validity period, the voucher will be forfeited & no refund will be issued

QGRABS Booking Guarantee:

• If you are unable to secure your preferred dates within 14 days of purchase, we’ll refund you in full, excluding a 5% deduction for transaction charges; evidence of attempted booking must be emailed to Qgrabs.com within this 14-day period
• After 14 days of purchase, if your booking is not confirmed, 70% of the total purchase will be refunded in the form of STORE CREDIT only

Once your booking is confirmed:

• Cancellations are NOT permitted
• The voucher will be considered USED
• Traveler’s names CANNOT be changed
