TRIP ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu – Transfer to Hotel
- Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be warmly greeted by a representative from The Nepal Trekking Company
- They will assist you with the immigration formalities & transfer you to your hotel in a private vehicle
- Take some rest & settle in at the hotel, later, you will have a briefing session where you will receive detailed information about the upcoming itinerary
- Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu
Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing and Permit Application
- After an early breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour of Kathmandu
- Visit the historic Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its ancient temples, palaces, & intricate architecture
- Explore the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, and observe the rituals performed by Hindu devotees
- In the afternoon, you will apply for the necessary permits required for your trekking adventure to the restricted areas; their team will assist you with the permit process and ensure all the required documents are in order
- Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu
Day 3: Drive to Pokhara
- After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara, a beautiful city located approximately 200 kilometers west; the drive takes around 6-7 hours, offering breathtaking views of the countryside, rivers, & hills along the way
- Upon reaching Pokhara, check in to your hotel and freshen up; in the evening, take a leisurely stroll around the enchanting lakeside area & enjoy the serene ambiance

Day 4: Drive to Nayapul and Trek to Tikhedhunga
- After an early breakfast, drive to Nayapul, which takes about an hour; from Nayapul, begin your trekking adventure by hiking towards Birethanti, a vibrant town located alongside the Modi Khola river
- Continue the trek to Hille, and after approximately 3-4 hours of walking, reach Tikhedhunga; enjoy the scenic landscapes, quaint villages, & lush greenery along the way
- Overnight stay in Tikhedhunga
Day 5: Trek to Ghorepani
- Today’s trek takes you from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2,780m) which will last for about 5 hours
- As you ascend, you will be rewarded with stunning views of the Annapurna mountain range and the surrounding landscapes
- Ghorepani is a picturesque village known for its breathtaking vistas and is a popular destination among trekkers; enjoy the peaceful atmosphere & immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the region
- Overnight stay in Ghorepani
Day 6: Trek to Ghandruk
- After breakfast, begin your trek toward Ghandruk; the trail descends through dense forests & terraced fields, offering glimpses of the majestic Fishtail Mountain (Machhapuchhre), Annapurna South, and Himchuli
- Ghandruk is a traditional Gurung village known for its rich culture, warm hospitality, and panoramic mountain views; explore the village & interact with the locals to learn about their unique way of life
- Overnight stay in Ghandruk
Day 7: Trek to Nayapul and Drive back to Pokhara
- Today, you will trek back to Nayapul from Ghandruk; the trail takes you through scenic landscapes and charming villages
- From Nayapul, take a private taxi for a two-hour drive back to Pokhara; upon reaching Pokhara, check in to your hotel & enjoy some leisure time; relax by the lakeside & soak in the tranquility of the surroundings

Day 8: Drive back to Kathmandu
- After breakfast, bid farewell to Pokhara & embark on a scenic drive back to Kathmandu; enjoy the beautiful countryside views & reminisce about the memorable moments of your trekking adventure
