Al Forkan Center for Art of Cooking and Etiquette Education was founded in 2000.
The aim of establishing the non-profit center was to rehabilitate and assist in raising the level & potentials of chefs and training them to raise their efficiency in the hotel field, while also providing the regular trainee with the basics of cooking and putting them on the first road with their experience.
We are in a country that has a special taste in food and enjoys the taste of the finest and different cuisines therefore they aim to teach the best of international and Qatari traditional cuisine.

The Center’s menu changes every 3 months and covers different types of dishes.
