  • This voucher does not constitute a confirmed reservation until booking confirmation is received from the tour operator.

  • If the voucher is not redeemed, the voucher will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

• Qgrabs Booking Guarantee:

  • If you are unable to secure your preferred dates within 14 days of purchase, Qgrabs will refund the voucher amount in full, excluding a 5% deduction for transaction charges. Evidence of attempted booking must be emailed to Qgrabs within this 14-day period.

  • After 14 days of purchase, if your booking is not confirmed, 70% of the total purchase amount will be refunded in the form of store credit only.
