- This consultation is suitable for all cases & age groups: children, elderly, pregnant women, digestive diseases, athletes
- It involves a 30-min discussion with specialists in the field of therapeutic & sports nutrition to determine the body's nutritional needs for the treatment of:
- under & overweight cases
- diabetes
- blood pressure and cholesterol problems
- It also includes an analysis of an individual's health/disease history to help correct poor daily dietary habits
*Option 3: Sports Consultation*
Pay QR100 instead of QR200
- Includes a 20-min discussion with a trainer about an individual's body health status to help reach goals in weight loss, increase in muscle mass, etc.
- It will also help you know the kind of exercises, tools (shoes, gym equipment) you need
*Option 4: Body Composition Analysis + Sports Consultation + Nutritional Consultation*
Pay QR199 instead of QR500
- This package is perfect if you want a thorough, detailed analysis of everything you need to know about your body!
