- A BMI test is a very simple health measurement that calculates your Body Mass Index, which is a number showing the relationship between your weight and height.
- A body composition analysis that helps determine if there’s an imbalance in your Lean Body Water Mass and Total Body Water Mass, broken down into smaller components: Intracellular Water, Extracellular Water, Dry Lean Mass, and Body Fat Mass.
- Your body will also be classified into one of the following Basic Body Types: I-Shape, D-Shape, or C-Shape.
- This test includes a Segmental Lean Analysis, comparing your Lean Body Mass with the average Lean Body Mass expected for your height.
- Based on your results, a certified coach will recommend a personalized program at the center, whether your goal is muscle gain, fat loss, body shaping, or overall fitness improvement.
