- The attending health care provider will check the child's growth and development in order to identify or prevent problems
- The doctor will keep a record of your child's height, weight, and other important medical information such as your child's hearing, vision, and other screening test results; this will be useful in monitoring your child's health for future visits
- Check-up includes:
- Pediatric consultation
- CBC
- Blood sugar test
- Vitamin D test
