• QR35 additional fee applies for locations outside Doha city limits (Mesaieed, Wukair, Al Khor, Shahaniya, Dukhan, Al Shamal, Um Salal etc.) - to be paid directly to the service staff

• Any additional service requested/needed not covered by the voucher requires direct payment to the business
• The business will not be responsible for lost items – please remove all valuables from the vehicle before the start of your service
• Services will be done by male professional staff/cleaners only
• To avoid issues, contact the business prior to purchase for advice & inspection if your car paint is damaged
• Client must provide electricity access point to use the Cleaning & Polishing Machines (Extension wire will be provided by the business)
• The client must be able to provide 4 – 5 buckets of water for vehicle cleaning
• Shaded parking & utility outlets are REQUIRED
• The voucher is valid for ONE vehicle ONLY – cannot be split; must be used on a single visit
• The quality & care of the advertised services & offers are solely the responsibility of the merchant
• Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for other services
