• Drivers must hold a valid Qatari Driver’s License or International Driving License & Qatar ID or Valid Passport & must provide a copy of the same
• International licenses are only valid 7 days upon arrival to Doha
• Valid for Drivers of 21 years and over only
• Includes Replacement Vehicle in case of breakdown within 7 days
• All cars are fully insured with Passenger Liability - no offroad insurance provided
• Excess on policy charges for damage is QR1500
• If the accident is not the driver's fault, no fee will be taken if there is a police report to back it up
• For cars returned late, a charge will be levied equal to that of one full day hire at the original daily rate and for each 24hrs thereafter
• Traffic violations charges are the responsibility of the named driver and as such, must be paid by him/her
• If traffic violation is settled by Arkan, an additional QR100 will be applicable
• Vehicles and model years are subject to availability - the more advance you reserve, the more Arkan can accommodate your requests
• QR 6000 Guarantee Cheque or Cash Deposit (Refundable) is required
