• Scaling or tooth cleaning is the removal of hardened dental deposits like plaque and tartar to prevent cavities and gum diseases caused by bacteria build-up
• Polishing is a dental procedure that removes surface stains and smoothens patches of rough texture on the teeth to make them shiny, white and bacteria free - protecting you against further plaque build up
