• Bookings accepted during office hours daily, from 10am to 8pm
• Mention your Qgrabs voucher code when booking
• Meeting Point: Dhow Harbour, Al Corniche (next to Banana Island Reservations Office)
• All passenger names, nationality & QID, or Passport numbers must be provided upon booking for coast guard permission purposes
• All participants must carry their valid QID or Passport on the day of the tour
• Children passengers must be accompanied by an adult
• Voucher is valid for up to 30 people
• Bookings may change last minute due to unexpected weather & tide conditions; you will be notified up to 24hrs before the tour
• Customer cancellation/rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior to your booked timeslot will be considered as voucher used
• Transportation to and from the meeting point is NOT included
• Voucher cannot be split
• Merchant cancellation/rescheduling policy of 24hrs applies
• The quality & care of the advertised services & offers are solely the responsibility of the merchant
• Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for other services
• Not valid with other offers
• No cash value/No cash back/No refunds
• Present voucher upon arrival

Terms for Refunds:

• Once booking is confirmed with the vendor: No Cancellations and No Refunds are permitted
• If booking is not yet confirmed with the vendor:
  
  
  
  • Refund requests within 14 days from purchase date: 5% transaction fee will be deducted
  • Refund requests after 14 days from purchase date: 70% of voucher price will be refunded as Store Credit Only
• If the voucher is not redeemed within the validity period, the voucher is forfeited and no refund will be issued
