- Once redeemed, your ride-minutes expire in 45 days & extensions will NOT be provided
- Ride-minutes can be used intermittently over a period of 45 days
- Unused minutes will be forfeited
- Voucher minutes are valid for ride-time ONLY and cannot be used to purchase any other passes, subscriptions, or wallet top-ups within the Owlo app
- Vouchers cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers provided by Owlo.
- Voucher minutes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
- The voucher code can be used/activated only once and must be applied by 16 Dec 2024 latest
- Rider can open the Owlo App and check the location of the nearest scooters
- The service is subject to availability based on geographic restrictions and weather conditions.
