• Each voucher purchased from Qgrabs will give you a Promo Code which needs to be redeemed on Owlo App
• The promo code can be used only once and must be applied before the expiration date
• Voucher codes will expire if not used within the validity period. Extensions will NOT be provided
• Additional credit is valid for ride-time for one-time use ONLY and cannot be used to purchase any other passes, subscriptions, or wallet top-ups within the Owlo app
• Voucher codes cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers provided by Owlo.
• The original amount can be utilized for purchasing a pass or paying per minute.
• Voucher minutes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
• Rider can open the Owlo App and check the location of the nearest scooters
• The service is subject to availability based on geographic restrictions and weather conditions.
• Qgrabs/Owlo is not responsible for any service disruptions or unavailability
• Users are responsible for following all safety guidelines and local regulations while riding Owlo scooters.
• Minimum age limit is 18yrs old
• Voucher codes purchased through Qgrabs are non-refundable and non-transferable once redeemed on the Owlo App
