• Electro Muscular Stimulation or EMS is a Fitness Program that uses electrical stimulation while performing low-impact routines to reduce fat & celullite, build muscle, improve blood circulation, and increase strength & mobility
• This Trial Session will help you understand your fitness goals to determine which membership program suits you best
• Private sessions will be facilitated by a personal trainer; nutritional advice will also be provided
• Duration: 40mins
