THe routine includes high-intensity cardiovascular exercises with periods of rest/recovery in between. This class is for members at an intermediate to advanced level of fitness, exercises including jumping jacks, and knee highs.
Body Attack is a routine that includes both strength training and cardiovascular exercises. Combining the best of both worlds will help you burn fat and boost your metabolism substantially. This class is for members from a beginner to advanced level.
ABx is a 30-minute routine targeted at losing overall fat and strengthening the abdominal muscles. Strong abdominal muscled not only look good but also help support the back, ultimately reducing back pain. This class is for members from a beginner to advanced level.
FLEX is a 30-minute routine designed to help you recover after a long week of intense strength training and cardiovascular work. Flexibility is important for injury prevention and to make the best of your workouts. In addition, flexibility is important to be able to use your full range of motion and perform daily living activities.
