Al-Furqan Center for Art of Cooking and Etiquette Education was founded in 2000. The aim of establishing the non-profit center was to rehabilitate and assist in rising the level of chefs and training them to raise their efficiency in the hospitality field and provide the regular trainees with the basics of cooking and putting them on the first road with their experience.

We are in a country that has a special taste in food and enjoy the taste of different cuisines therefore we aim to teach the best of national and Qatari traditional cuisine. Al Forkan center specialises in various cuisines like Arab, Qatari, Shami, Oriental, French, Sicilian, and Turkish food and sweets.

The Center's menu changes every 3 months and covers different types of dishes. Sessions are given in Arabic and English. They are always in the service of the trainee and their greatest satisfaction is announcing qualified cooking masters whether they are housewives, professional chefs or an amateur.
