Six-hour course designed to train individuals and company staff to meet the requirements of the First Aid at Work Regulations. This course will provide all the required first aid skills necessary to manage a patient that is not breathing normally, is unconscious, is bleeding or is ill / injured prior to the arrival of the emergency services.

• Principles of First Aid & the Chain of Survival
• Emergency Management Procedure & the Care Cycle™

*Essential Skills:*

• Scene Survey and Exposure Protection

*Basic Life Support:*

• Primary Survey, Recovery Position and Reassessment
• CPR Adult and Alternative Ventilation Procedures
• Introduction to Automated External Defibrillation and Adult Choking

*Life-Threatening Conditions:*

• Severe Bleeding, Wounds, Shock Management, Epilepsy & Seizures, Minor Injuries and Burns!

*First Aid Health & Safety:*

• First Aid Kit Knowledge
• Accident Reporting and Patient Report Form (PRF)!

*Certification from First Aid International UK after course completion!*
