• Belly Dance: Mon & Thu: 6:30pm - 7:30pm
• Aerobics: Mon & Wed: 4:30pm - 5:30pm
• Gymnastics: Sat & Tue: 3:45pm - 4:30pm
• Judo: Sun & Thu: 4:30pm - 5:30pm

• Karate, Kick Boxing, Judo: Male & Female classes available - Ages 5yrs & above
• Aerobics, Belly Dance, & Zumba: Female classes ONLY – Ages 12yrs & above
• Ballet & Gymnastics: Female classes ONLY - Ages 4yrs & above
• Class Duration: 60mins
