• These sessions are designed to strengthen and condition the body through extremely varied and challenging workouts that involve high-intensity functional movements to improve physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness
• The workouts will vary each session and will test different parts of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather focusing on the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything
• The exercises are done with your body weight or using a variety of free weights like dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and more
• Duration of Each Session: 45mins
