• Oriental dance class will encourage good posture, improve flexibility and help you gain self confidence. You will learn the basic movements and isolations as well as the posture and styling of belly-dancing.
• Aerobics exercises increases stamina, reduces health risks, manages chronic conditions like artery diseases, strengthens your heart, and boosts your mood amongst other health benefits.

• X-Body slimming & cellulite treatment provides full body EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) training, stimulating all the major muscle groups at the same time.
• It helps you achieve a fit and toned look.
• By training with XBody’s EMS technology you can achieve the results of a 90min workout in only 20 mins.
• Duration of each session: 20mins

• Option 3: XBody sessions can only be done max 2 times per week
