• Option 2: Voucher will be valid ONLY for 36 classes, to be taken within 90 days from the date of redemption
• Timings: Sun – Thur: 5am – 10pm / Fri: 8am – 2pm / Sat: 8am – 10pm

• Strictly ONE voucher per person; may buy multiple vouchers as gifts
• Other vouchers purchased for the SAME person will be invalidated and will NOT be refunded
• To book your class, either go to Energy Zone’s website and choose the class you like OR download the Glofox APP, choose PPL and book your class!
• The quality & care of the advertised services & offers are solely the responsibility of the merchant

• No cash value/No cash back/No refunds
• Present voucher upon arrival

Terms for Refunds:

• Once booking is confirmed with the vendor: No Cancellations and No Refunds are permitted
• If booking is not yet confirmed with the vendor:
  
  
  
  • Refund requests within 14 days from purchase date: 5% transaction fee will be deducted
  • Refund requests after 14 days from purchase date: 70% of voucher price will be refunded as Store Credit Only
• If the voucher is not redeemed within the validity period, the voucher is forfeited and no refund will be issued
