  • Both sessions must be used within a week upon voucher redemption
  • Advance booking required (subject to availability)

    • Strength Training (Weightlifting): Involves lifting weights or resistance training to build muscle mass, increase strength, & improve overall body composition

    • Fitness Training: Encompasses a variety of exercises designed to enhance flexibility, balance, & coordination; includes bodyweight exercises, stretching, and mobility work
