• Gymnastics is a sport that includes exercises that require balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and endurance
• The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest and abdominal muscle groups
• During sessions, the coach will teach your kids all the basics such as Handstand, Casting, Split, Turn on 1 Foot & Split Leap
• Your kids will be taught by a female trainer who is well-versed in Arabic, English & French
• Classes will be held in Buildings 1 & 3 of Arab International Academy in Al Sadd on Saturdays (3pm - 4pm) and Mondays (4pm - 5pm) (Click HERE for the location map)
