At HFSA Academy they pride themselves on delivering a high-quality swimming program in a safe and fun environment.

HFSA Learn to Swim program offers lessons starting from 24 months old and they also have classes for kids and male & female adults with full privacy during the ladies time with full female staff.

They teach everything from basic water confidence, water safety and they also provide classes for special needs.

*Option 1: Swimming Classes for Kids - 8 Sessions*

• Swimming is known to be one of the best exercises that makes use of every major muscle in the body; it is a low-impact activity that increases flexibility while improving balance and posture
• Classes are open to all levels - Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced
• Duration of Each Class: 60mins
• Option 2: Classes will be taught by a lady coach
• Kids: 4yrs - 13yrs
• Ladies & Men: 14yrs & above

• Kids Mixed: Sat - Thu: 4pm, 5pm & 6pm
• Ladies: Sun & Thu: 7pm
• Men: Mon & Wed: 7pm

*NOTES:*

• FULL vaccination is required for guests aged 16yrs & above; guests below 16yrs of age do not require a vaccine
• The swimming pool is heated/temperature-controlled and covered
• Qgrabs voucher holders get an additional 20% discount on swimming suits, goggles and caps in the shop at the venue

• Valid from 2 Nov 2021 – 2 Jan 2022; last date of registration is 2 Dec 2021
• Not valid during Qatar National Day 2021
