At first, your table will be enriched with many fresh salads, cold and hot meze and then Chef will serve you specialty dish “Meter Kebab” served on a looooong wooden stand that goes along the table. Meter Kebab is top up with the variety of grilled meat (Sarma beyti,tavuk sis,Pirzola,kusbasi,tavuk kanat) on it and then it’s time for deserts, fruits and Turkish cay. The amount of the Kebab is measured with its length and up to number of people on the table and, of course proportional with the length of the table!
