• This service does not cover babysitting, nursing seniors, preparing beverages, cooking, or moving heavy equipment and furniture.
• Cleaning materials and equipments are included
• A QR50 fee applies for locations outside Doha city limits (including Mesaieed, Wukair, Al Khor, Shahaniya, Dukhan, Al Shamal, Umm Salal, etc.). This fee is to be paid directly to the service staff.
• Any additional services requested that are not covered by the voucher will require direct payment to the business.
• Please ensure all valuables are removed before the service begins – The business is not responsible for any lost items.
• Each voucher includes a hygiene specialist (either female or male). Services are provided by well-trained, professional hygiene specialists
• A 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy applies. Cancellations made at the last minute will be considered a ‘No Show’ and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
• The quality & care of the advertised services & offers are solely the responsibility of the merchant
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for other services
• Not valid with other offers
• No cash value/No cash back/No refunds

Terms for Refunds:

• Once booking is confirmed with the vendor:
• No Cancellations and No Refunds are permitted
• If booking is not yet confirmed with the vendor:
• Refund requests within 14 days from purchase date: 5% transaction fee will be deducted
• Refund requests after 14 days from purchase date: 70% of voucher price will be refunded as Store Credit Only
• If the voucher is not redeemed within the validity period, the voucher is forfeited and no refund will be issued
