• The KETO Diet meal subscription includes: 3 main courses and 2 snacks
• The Ketogenic Diet (or KETO Diet) is a low-carb, high-fat diet that offers many health benefits
• It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat - this reduction in carbs puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis
• When this happens, your body becomes incredibly efficient at burning fat for energy; it also turns fat into ketones in the liver, which can supply energy for the brain
• Ketogenic Diet can cause massive reductions in blood sugar and insulin levels; this, along with the increased ketones, has numerous health benefits
• As a summary, KETO Diet lowers blood sugar and insulin levels and shifts the body’s metabolism away from carbs and towards fat and ketones  

Nutritional Consultation

• Before starting the program, a full assessment and consultation will be performed by an expert dietitian, in which the menu can be chosen and suggested at the time
• For thorough evaluation, a Body Composition Analysis will be performed
• At the end of the program, another consultation will be done to discuss the results

  • Refund requests after 14 days from purchase date: 70% of voucher price will be refunded as Store Credit Only
