- This 10-day personalized detox program is divided into 3 stages – Pretox, Detox, and Protox
- The daily meal box (delivered to your doorstep on a daily basis) contains: breakfast, lunch, dinner, salad, and 2 snacks every day
- A detox diet aims to help the body rid itself of toxins; it claims to help the body's vital organs to rest and recover, support and increase liver function and give you a “boost” of important micronutrients
- This program is rich in antioxidant foods like quinoa, fruits, cruciferous vegetables, seafood, soups, legumes, and smoothies

- The KETO Diet meal subscription includes: 3 main courses and 2 snacks
- The Ketogenic Diet (or KETO Diet) is a low-carb, high-fat diet that offers many health benefits
- It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat - this reduction in carbs puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis
- When this happens, your body becomes incredibly efficient at burning fat for energy; it also turns fat into ketones in the liver, which can supply energy for the brain
- A ketogenic diet can cause massive reductions in blood sugar and insulin levels; this, along with the increased ketones, has numerous health benefits
- In summary, KETO Diet lowers blood sugar and insulin levels and shifts the body’s metabolism away from carbs and towards fat and ketones
Nutritional Consultation & Body Composition Analysis
- Before starting the program, a full assessment and consultation will be performed by an expert dietitian, in which the menu can be chosen and suggested at the time
- For thorough evaluation, a Body Composition Analysis will be performed
- At the end of the program, another consultation will be done to discuss the results
- Vegan & Vegetarian menus are also available

Terms for Refunds:
- Once booking is confirmed with the vendor: No Cancellations and No Refunds are permitted

- Refund requests after 14 days from purchase date: 70% of voucher price will be refunded as Store Credit Only
- If the voucher is not redeemed within the validity period, the voucher is forfeited and no refund will be issued
