- Taking photos using your phone or any camera device will not be allowed
- Male children under 1.22 meters are allowed when accompanied by an adult lady
- Ladies under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who is 18 years and above, holding a valid admission ticket.
- Hotel balconies with a view of the waterpark may overlook the event
- No outside food or snacks allowed. If any of your party has special dietary requirements, please bring these to our attention at the time of booking.

- Appropriate swimwear is required when using the facilities within Meryal Waterpark and the beach – thongs, transparent bathing suits, underwear, denim, and very loose clothing such as abaya, dishdash, or similar are not permitted in the water.
