Wash N Fold started as a small laundry shop a few years back offering a wide range of laundry services to people around Qatar. Being a country where there is a scarcity of water compared to the rest of the world, the idea of a perfect wash was a nightmare to most of the middle-class society in Qatar. The objective of starting Wash N Fold was to provide quality laundry service to Qataris using eco-friendly laundry products with hygiene as the top priority.

- All garments will be handled with utmost care & according to the cleaning label on each garment
- In case of any damage or discoloration of the garments, Wash N Fold will execute the order only after the customer’s confirmation
- Wash N Fold cannot be held responsible for the shrinkage, fastness of color and/or wear & tear of the garments from the normal process
- Any claim concerning garments must be reported to Wash N Fold within 24 hours accompanied by the receipt
- Wash N Fold will not be responsible for any garment left uncollected for over 6 months
- The entire amount of voucher value must be used in ONE visit
