• The lunch buffet will include a huge variety of festive dishes like - cured hammour with lime dressing, smoked salmon and zucchini cake, king octopus salad, roasted beef in salsa verde, tandoori salmon, squid filled with lentil and potatoes, lamb rolled with frittata and spinach or the signature cannelloni pasta stuffed with meat and wild mushroom!
• Boy oh boy, is your mouth watering yet? Wait, there's more! How can a Christmas lunch be complete without dessert! In the end let yourself be tempted by desserts created especially for you by a master pastry chef!
• Desserts include - ginger sable with mascarpone Chantilly, baba’ with exotic fruit, Christmas tree cookies & linzer torte.
