Option 1: Dietician Nutrition Consultation + InBody Test + ONE Month Customized Diet Plan

• An InBody Test is a body composition analysis that provides an overall idea about your normal fluid status to help determine any imbalance in your Lean Body Mass and Total Body Water, which is broken into smaller components: Intracellular Water, Extracellular Water, Dry Lean Mass and Body Fat Mass
• Includes an Obesity Analysis to measure your body fat percentage; this can help you determine the most effective way to manage the risk of obesity and set your goals to focus more on fat loss and not just weight loss
• This also measures Skeletal Muscle Mass (SMM) and Body Fat Mass (surface level and internal fat)
• Your body will also be identified based on the following Basic Body Types: I-Shape, D-Shape, C-Shape
• This test also includes a Segmental Lean Analysis which compares your Lean Body Mass against the average Lean Body Mass expected for your height

• For quicker results, sessions can be scheduled several times a week at the beginning of the treatment sessions
