- Apartment Services include internal areas only
- Villa Services include internal & external areas
- Voucher cannot be split – must be used in one visit
- All services done by male staff only
- All additional services requested/needed not covered by the voucher require direct payment to the business
- Business will not be responsible for any lost items – please remove all valuable items before the service begins
- Merchant cancellation/re-scheduling policy of 24hrs applies
