• Voucher pricing is valid for ONE staff only
• Voucher cannot be split – all services must be done on the same day
• The business will not be responsible for lost items – please remove all valuables
• Any additional services not included in the highlights must be paid directly to the staff
• Services will be done by professional male staff only
• Merchant cancellation/re-scheduling policy of 24hrs applies
• Last-minute cancellations will be treated as ‘No Show’ and will not be rescheduled or refunded
