• QR50 additional fee applies for locations outside Doha city limits (Mesaieed, Wukair, Al Khor, Shahaniya, Dukhan, Al Shamal, Umm Salal etc.); to be paid to the service staff
• Apartment Services include internal areas only
• Villa Services include internal & external areas
• Voucher cannot be split – must be used in one visit
• All services will be done by professional male staff only
• All additional services requested/needed not covered by the voucher require direct payment to the business
• The business will not be responsible for any lost items – please remove all valuable items before the service begins
• Merchant cancellation/re-scheduling policy of 24hrs applies
• Last-minute cancellations will be treated as No Show and will not be rescheduled or refunded
• The quality & care of the advertised services & offers are solely the responsibility of the merchant
• Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for other services
• Not valid with other offers
• No cash value/No cash back/No refunds
• Present your printed voucher to the staff before the service begins
