• FREE pickup & delvery for Doha & Al Wakra. For all areas other than Doha and Al Wakra, an additional fee of QR50 is to be paid while collection of the laundry

• All garments will be handled with utmost care & according to the cleaning label on each garment
• In case of any damage or discoloration from of the garments, pink box will execute the order only after customer's confirmation
• Pink Box Laundry can not be held responsible for the shrinkage, fastness of color & (or) wear & tear of the garments from the normal process
• In case of loss or damage of the garment, Pink Box liability will be limited to a sum not exceeding 10 times the cleaning charge of the garment
• Any claim concerning garments must be reported to Pink Box Laundry within 24 hours (accompanied with the receipt)
• Pink Box will not be responsible for any garment not collected for over 1 month
• The quality & care of the advertised services & offers are solely the responsibility of the merchant
• Entire amount of voucher value must be used in 1 visit
