Option 1: Pregnancy Massage – 60mins
Pay QR150 instead of QR300

• The pregnancy massage is a hands-on massage that incorporates long, gliding strokes used in Swedish massage, perfect for ladies in the third trimester of their pregnancy
• Promotes relaxation, soothes nerves, and relieves strained back and tired muscles in expectant mothers
• This massage also eases pain and reduces anxiety in the first stage of labor

Option 2: Hot Stone Massage – 90min
Pay QR175 instead of QR350

• A special massage where therapists use smooth, heated stones as an extension of their hands or by placing them on the body
• The heat is deeply relaxing, providing warmth to tight muscles which allows the therapist to work more deeply & quickly
• The hot stones also expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body; it also has a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation, leaving you with an effective healing experience!

For both options, you can choose from a variety of massage oils available!
