• Major damage: QR2000 penalty

• Scratches or minor damage: QR500 penalty

• Rental duration is strictly 24 hours

• Setup area must be accessible and suitable

Cancellation Policy

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including the date, time, location, and contact information.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment date to be eligible for a reschdule.

• Cancellations made after 24h the appointment date/time are strictly non-refundable.

• Failure to attend or being unavailable at the agreed time will be considered a cancellation and will be non-refundable.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment date to allow us to make the necessary changes.

• Requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the offer being forfeited.

• Any rescheduled appointment must be within a reasonable period and be subject to availability.

• Customers are expected to be ready at the agreed appointment time.

• If the team is unable to access the location due to the customer being unavailable, the booking may be considered completed and no refund will be provided.

• Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions may result in additional charges for repair or replacement.

• The jacuzzi must not be moved, modified, or tampered with by the customer.

• The customer must ensure that the agreed location is suitable and accessible for jacuzzi delivery, setup, and collection.

• Any additional requirements, difficult access, or changes to the location may result in additional charges or delays.

• Setup and collection times are subject to the agreed schedule and operational availability.

• In the event of circumstances beyond Billion Jacuzzi’s control, including severe weather, safety concerns, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events, Billion Jacuzzi reserves the right to reschedule the booking.

• By making a booking or payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
