- Bookings may be canceled last minute due to unexpected weather & sea conditions; you will be notified up to the day of the tour
- Customers are advised to be at the meeting point 15mins before the tour starts
- Merchant cancellation/rescheduling policy of 24hrs applies

Terms for Refunds:
- Once booking is confirmed with the vendor: No Cancellations and No Refunds are permitted
- If booking is not yet confirmed with the vendor:
- Refund requests within 14 days from purchase date: 5% transaction fee will be deducted
- Refund requests after 14 days from purchase date: 70% of voucher price will be refunded as Store Credit Only
- If the voucher is not redeemed within the validity period, the voucher is forfeited and no refund will be issued
