• Extra Guests Policy:

  • Extra guests are welcome at no additional charge, provided that the property is informed in advance of any party or large gathering.

  • Maximum capacity is 30 guests.

  • A QAR 500 refundable cash deposit is required before check-in for large gatherings and will be returned immediately at check-out if there is no damage or missing items.

• Villa Rules

  • Gas cylinders are not allowed to be used inside the villa.

  • Bringing outside kitchen equipment or cooking items is not permitted. Guests must use only the kitchen items provided in the villa.

  • Guests are responsible for keeping the villa clean and tidy during their stay.

  • All trash must be placed in the designated bins and disposed of properly before checkout.

  • Any damage or excessive mess may result in additional cleaning charges.

  • North Vacation Villa may ask for proof of age so please make sure to bring your QID / passport

  • After booking/check-in/room use the booking cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded

  • Voucher cannot be split, must be used in ONE visit

  • The quality & care of the advertised services & offers are solely the responsibility of the merchant

Terms for Refunds:

• Once booking is confirmed with the vendor:

  • No Cancellations and No Refunds are permitted

• If booking is not yet confirmed with the vendor:

  • Refund requests within 14 days from purchase date: 5% transaction fee will be deducted

  • Refund requests after 14 days from purchase date: 70% of voucher price will be refunded as Store Credit Only

• If the voucher is not redeemed within the validity period, the voucher is forfeited and no refund will be issued
