- Platelet-Rich Plasma is a natural component of your blood that is packed with natural growth factors that enhance the health and growth of many types of cells depending on how it’s used
- The PRP treatment starts with taking a blood sample that will be spun in a centrifuge to separate its particles, the PRP will then be collected before being injected into the problem areas
- For a long-lasting effect, it should be done at regular intervals of 4 to 8 weeks for a few sessions and maintenance sessions should be continued thereafter
