  • 1 child (up to and including 1-year-old kids) stays for free when using available cribs

  • Adults can stay for QR150 per person per night when using available extra beds
  • The maximum number of extra beds each unit can have is 1
  • The maximum number of cribs each unit can have is 1 (without extra charges)
• Guarantee Status
  • All reservations must be guaranteed by providing a valid credit card, bank transfer, or advance cash deposit
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel any non-guaranteed reservation 3 days after the booking was made, until 6pm on the day the booking was made, and 3 days prior to arrival
• Check-In and Check-Out Policy
  • The standard check-in time at Sealine Beach, A Murwab Resort is 3pm, and check-out is at 12pm
  • Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges
  • To avoid any delays & smooth handling of your check-in, we require the following documents on the day of your arrival:
    • Original cash receipt received
    • Proof of age upon registration at the time of check-in (QID)
    • Kindly note that check-in won't be possible in case of the absence of the above-mentioned documents; if so, advance payment won't be refunded
• F&B:
  • Breakfast & Suhoor will be served at Al Odaid Restaurant
  • Breakfast Timings: 6:30am – 10:30am
  • Suhoor Timings: 12:30am – 2:30am
  • Kids under 6yrs can stay & dine free of charge
  • Kids ages 6 – 12yrs require additional charges; children's meals are available at a special price of QR50
  • Qgrabs voucher holders get a 20% discount on lunch/dinner at Al Odaid Restaurant – to be paid directly at the hotel

 

Terms for Refunds:

• Once booking is confirmed with the vendor: No Cancellations and No Refunds are permitted
• If booking is not yet confirmed with the vendor:
  • Refund requests within 14 days from purchase date: 5% transaction fee will be deducted
  • Refund requests after 14 days from purchase date: 70% of voucher price will be refunded as Store Credit Only
• If the voucher is not redeemed within the validity period, the voucher is forfeited and no refund will be issued
