- Valid for ages 18 to 65yrs
- ONE voucher per person; multiple vouchers may be purchased as gifts
- For travel companion/s, an additional amount of USD15 per day must be paid directly to the hotel per travel companion
- Bookings must be made at least 10 days in advance from the actual travel date
- Customers MUST do the free online consultation FIRST before purchasing flights to ensure availability & to allow more accurate planning for the procedure

- If you are unable to secure your preferred dates of Free Online Consultation within 14 days of purchase, we’ll refund you in full, excluding a 5% deduction for transaction charges; evidence of attempted booking must be emailed to Qgrabs.com within this 14-day period
- After 14 days of purchase, if your free online consultation is not confirmed, 70% of the total purchase will be refunded in the form of STORE CREDIT only

- Cancellations/refunds are NOT permitted
- The voucher will be considered USED
- Traveler’s names CANNOT be changed
