• Services will be done by male professional staff/cleaners
• Space will be required for cleaning purposes; electricity and water to be provided by the customer

• QR50 additional charge applies for locations outside Doha city limits (Mesaieed, Wukair, Al Khor, Shahaniya, Dukhan, Al Shamal, Umm Salal Mohamed, Umm Salal Ali, Lusail, etc.)
• All additional services requested/needed not covered by the voucher require direct payment to the business
• Voucher cannot be split – must be used in one visit
• The business will not be responsible for lost items – please remove all valuables
• Services will be done by male professional staff/cleaners only
• Electricity and water to be provided by the customer
• Merchant cancellation/re-scheduling policy of 24hrs applies
• Last-minute cancellations will be treated as ‘No Show’ and will not be rescheduled or refunded
